About our service
US Car Mover is a vehicle-transport broker. We arrange the transportation of your vehicle through a network of independent, fully licensed and insured motor carriers. Quotes are estimates based on current market rates and become your final price once you book; it changes only if you change the details of your shipment.
Quotes & payment
Nothing is paid at booking: part of the price is due once your vehicle has been picked up, and the balance is paid to the driver at delivery in cash or Zelle. Drivers cannot accept cards or personal checks.
Price-Lock
Your quoted all-in price is locked and changes only if you change the shipment (vehicle, route, dates, or condition). If a licensed carrier requires more to move your specific vehicle, US Car Mover absorbs up to $50 of the difference itself. If more would be required, we contact you before dispatch: approve the adjustment or cancel for a full refund. $0 is due at booking.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your order at no charge at any time before a carrier is assigned to your vehicle. After a carrier is assigned, a $199 cancellation fee applies. If the carrier arrives and the vehicle is unavailable, inaccessible or not as described, a $150 dry-run fee applies, and any rebooking is at current market rates. SMS / messaging terms
By submitting our form and providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls, SMS text messages and emails from US Car Mover about your quote and shipment. These are not autodialed or pre-recorded marketing calls, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We never sell or share your contact information.
Limitation of liability
Cargo and liability coverage during transport is provided by the assigned motor carrier. We will share the carrier's insurance information before pickup. Our role is to coordinate your shipment in good faith.
