About our service
US Car Mover is a licensed vehicle-transport broker. We arrange the transportation of your vehicle through a network of independent, fully licensed and insured motor carriers. Quotes are estimates based on current market rates and become a locked price once you book; the price changes only if you change the details of your shipment.
Quotes & payment
No payment is due upfront. Payment is collected once a carrier is assigned to your vehicle, per the terms presented at booking.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your order at any time before a carrier is assigned to your vehicle at no charge. Once a carrier is assigned and confirmed, a cancellation fee may apply per the terms presented at booking. To cancel, contact us at info@uscarmover.com or call (713) 766-6633.
SMS / messaging terms
By submitting our form and providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls, SMS text messages and emails from US Car Mover about your quote and shipment. Limitation of liability
Cargo and liability coverage during transport is provided by the assigned motor carrier. We will share the carrier's insurance information before pickup. Our role is to coordinate your shipment in good faith.
